AlpacApps was founded in 2016 by Vincent Reynaert, a full-stack developer since 2007. We build web applications, platforms and integrations for companies that get stuck with off-the-shelf software: from an internal ERP to a B2B webshop or a document platform with AI.

Every project started with a concrete problem. This is what we built for it.
Problem. An engineering consultancy wanted its whole operation in one system, not spread over off-the-shelf packages and Excel.
Built. An internal ERP with over 400 data models: projects, quotes, timesheets, invoicing, scheduling, purchasing, HR and competences.
Problem. Brands had no idea who actually promoted them on Instagram, let alone how to reward those people.
Built. A platform that pulls in mentions through the Instagram API, scores ambassadors and hands out rewards automatically.
Problem. A wholesaler of gift and home-decor items wanted retailers to place their own orders, at any hour.
Built. A login-only webshop with the full range by article number, wishlists and orders, and a catalogue that comes in by bulk Excel import.
Problem. A concept store for gifts and interiors wanted to sell online, in three languages and to five countries.
Built. A B2C webshop on the same engine as Bergers Belgium, with discount codes, gift vouchers and shipping to five countries.
